To keep your child's medical information private, we do not collect allergy details, diagnoses, medication schedules, or insurance and Medicaid numbers through this website. Please answer the questions below so our staff knows what to prepare for — we'll gather the full details securely, in person, on or before your child's first day.
Please enter your expected drop-off and pick-up times for each day you need care. Leave blank for days not needed. Note: Schedule changes require a 2-week notice and a $25 change fee.
Tuition is due every Friday for the week ahead. A $50 late fee applies if payment is not received by noon Friday. Tuition is expected regardless of attendance (illness, vacation, holidays). A $75 registration fee is due upon enrollment. A 5% sibling discount is available for full-time enrollment with multiple children.
All students must be dropped off by 9:00 AM. Our educational hours are 9 AM – 3 PM. Exceptions are only made for documented doctor's appointments. Late pick-up results in a $20 fee per minute after closing time. Care is provided in 10-hour blocks — extended care is $20/day.
Children may not attend with: fever of 100°F or higher (must be fever-free 24 hrs), diarrhea or vomiting (symptom-free 24 hrs), significant runny nose, rash, eye/ear discharge, lice, sore throat, or hand/foot/mouth disease. If notified of illness, you have 45 minutes to pick up your child.
All children are required by Missouri State Law to have current immunization records on file by their start date, and a physical exam on file within 30 days of enrollment. Records must be kept current. Failure to provide records will result in immediate termination of care.
Bright Minds & Mud Pies uses positive guidance and redirection. We do not use time-outs, threats, bribes, or any form of physical punishment. Children are treated with respect and dignity at all times. Any parent or guardian who intimidates staff or children will have their child's care terminated immediately.
Two weeks written notice is required to withdraw your child. If you withdraw without notice, you will be charged two weeks of tuition. Re-enrollment will require a new registration fee.
In the event of an accident, sudden illness, or emergency, I consent for my child to receive first aid by staff and, if necessary, to be transported for emergency care. I will be responsible for all charges not covered by insurance. I give consent for the emergency contacts listed above to act on my behalf until I am available.
